The hotel rooms were not as shown in the picture on Booking, but they were still very clean and tidy with a fridge and a fantastic view. The service was round the clock and really friendly. The location was perfect for exploring Monschau, just a short walk into town and from a parking garage. The dining experience was okay, but the layout lacked privacy. My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience.
